During their time they have built projects for local and international companies and developed office space, flex-office, industrial, and medical office space totaling over 1,000,000 sf. Joseph and Renee use their expertise in market analysis, asset valuation, and risk management to identify lucrative investment opportunities and optimize the performance of our portfolio.

From large master-planned developments to multifamily projects, he has consistently maximized value for investors while enhancing quality of life for local families.
